Sunk  September 6, 1942

Sinking History
Sunk by shelling by Japanese Cruiser while unloading at Gili Gili dock at Milne Bay. The ship listed to the starboard side and sank in shallow water.

Refloating
Australian salvage divers prepared the ship for salvage in September 1944, when it was refloated, raised and towed to Sydney.

Postwar
It was in service until 1946 when written off at Hong Kong.
