Founded in 1992 by Charles Darby and Jim Pavitt to focus on the restoration of Curtiss P-40 Warhawks. Completed three restorations: P-40E for MoTAT and began restorations of a P-40E for Ray Hanna and P-40N5 and P-40N1 co-owned by Charles Darby and Garth Hogan. Pacific Aircraft Ltd closed in 1997.
