    Malahang Morobe Province Papua New Guinea (PNG)

Lat 6° 42' 0S Long 147° 1' 60E  Malahang is located two miles due east of Lae. Further to the east is the Busu River. Prewar, Malahang Plantation and Malahang Mission were established here, also several roads and trails.

Wartime History
On March 8, 1942 Japanese forces made their initial landing at Malahang beach during their landing at Lae and occupied the area until September 1943.
