Location
Provincial capital, located in the center of Tarlac Province. A pre-war locomotive of from the Manila to Dagupan Rail Road line, that formally ran through Tarlac City is displayed in the center of town, and a rail car. A second locomotive is displayed at Dagupan Museum.
