Lat 16° 6' 48N Long 120° 32' 34E  Inland town in Pangasinan.

Wartime History
When the US Army landed at Lingayen Gulf, the Japanese Army 23rd Division's 64th Infantry was holding the approaches to Route 3 between Pozorrubio and Urdaneta. The Japanese had 10-15 artillery pieces mobile along the road.

The Battle for Pozorrubio
Began on the morning of January 12, 1945 and ended by dark on the 16th. That same night, Japanese Tanks of the 7th Tank Regiment counter attacked northward to Potpot., and caught American anti-tank gunners by surprise at Potpot.
