Borders 4th District of Pangasinan to the north, 5th District to the east, and Tarlac Province to the south.

Malasiqui
Town to the south of Santa Barbara.

Cabaruan Hills
Located between Malasiqui and Villasis. After the American landing at Lingayen Gulf, the Japanese 'Omori Detachment' dug in at this location with about 1,500 troops with some medium tanks and artillery. US Army 25th Infantry Division, 20th Infantry Regiment attacked on January 17, 1945, and was not overcome until the 28th at 1600. 1,400 japanese were killed in the hills during the battle, that ended on the 28th at 1600 hours.

Santa Barbara
Town located to the north-west of Urdanetta.
