on the north by Cavite Province, on
the east by Laguna Province and Quezon Province, on the west by the South China Sea,
and on the south by the Verde Island Passage, with Mindoro ofshore
to the south.

The bay is popular dive spot
with many reefs and sites for SCUBA divers. There ar known shipwrecks,
one is a capsized barge (identity unknown) in 15-50' at 'Twin Rocks'
the other is a ferry sunk post-war. The port of Batangas is used
by ships and ferry boats going to nearby Mindoro Island.
