Bill Chapman
Museum Pioneer in New Guinea
Bill Chapman lived in Papua New Guinea from 1961 to 1981. He was a founder of the Air Museum of Papua New Guinea, and involved with the recovery and export of many aircraft during his years in Port Moresby.

Dennis Dogget

Dennis Dogget
(RAAF Amberley) Head of restorations, and worked on RAAF efforts to recover A-20 wrecks from New Guinea in the 1980's thru early 1990's. He oversaw the meticulous restoration of A-20 "Hell'N Pelican" and PBY restoration work.

Lawrence Foanaota
(Solomon Islands National Museum) Director and curator from 1972 to present. His musuem is located in downtown Honiara and includes WWII relics, guns and items collected from Guadalcanal area.

Tom McLeod

Tom McLeod
(Museum of the Pacific) Curator of the Museum of the Pacific in Texas, the son of a Pacific veteran, traveler and collector of many rare Pacific artifacts on display in his museum. Also, he is the author of the book "Always Ready" about the 147th Infantry Regiment.

(Mid Atlantic Air Museum) Vice President, WWII veteran, and a life long aviation enthusiast, pilot and aircraft mechanic. Responsible for the museum's P-61 recovery and restoration
