The Pacific Wreck Database website has now been online for years, and many contacts and meetings of WWII veterans, unique reununions and travel to area of mutual interest have happend as a result. The stories and photos below highlight the worldwide connections and differance the site has made for WWII history.

Dog Tag Returned Stan Gajda and Dick Williams  meet in Ponape and work to return Guadalcanal Dog Tag of Gerald Eckard of the 25th Infantry Division to his widow. (December 2001)	New Caladonia Michael Claringbould, Nicolas Duprey and Christophe Thomas meet in New Caladonia to visit and research wrecks and WWII airfields. (December 2001)	Ormoc Bay Reunion Battle of Ormoc Bay Reunion Justin Taylan, William Griggs [author of Preludes to Victory] and Jeff Deal meet at the reunion all who have corresponded and met via the Pacific Wreck Database website.
