Japanese Type 89 (1929) 127mm Anti-Aircraft Gun
Largest Japanese
naval anti-aircraft / dual purpose gun, also known as 12.7cm gun. Originally
designed for use on ships, but but also placed in dual mounts
at land installations. The gun is well shielded, and traverse
and elevation by electric motor. Semi-automatic, with a horizontal
wedge type breech block and automatic rammer and fuse setter.
