I picked up a copy of this book in late 2006 and it is definately worth it! It covers everything between Port Moresby and Sanananda, so not just the 'touristy' stuff - I wish I had a copy with me while walking the beachheads in '05/'06.

A review of this book will appear on the Pacific Wreck Database in the coming months.
