The wreck identification is still in progress, but some artefacts shows clearly that it's a German U-Boat. The wreck is largely intact. The dive team found same porcelain dining plates, cups, binocular, dive mask, shoes and skeletons of the sailors. The dining plates and cups has clear marks of Nazi zwastika logo and name of the producer: Jaeger & Co and Rieber Mitterteich, and year (of production?) of 1939 and 1941.

Based on internet archives, the wreck could be either the U-168 (sunk 1944), or U-183 (sunk 1945). The wreck length is 47 meters (total length should be 76 meter), and diameter (width) of 5 - 6 meters. The U-boat was sunk by torpedo hits.
