RAAF Catalina A24-206 family contacts

Hi all
I'm seeking the contact details for two families who lost people when the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) A24-206 sank in East Arm, Darwin Harbour. The flying boat sank at moorings after a depth charge loading accident on 20 June 1945. The two killed were:
No. 123199 Leading Aircraftman Richard Lewis Graham, age 20
No. 131729 Leading Aircraftman Walter Alexander Strang, age 21
The expansion of the East Arm Wharf threatens the flying boat's wreck site. Maybe someone might care about what happens to the site.
Regards
Silvano
