Need Information On B-25

Could someone please give me the names of the crew, serial number, squadron and group number on a B-25, that crash off of Wangat Island, New Guinea on/or about 8/4/42. Reports stated that one of the crew was KIA and the rest was captured by the japanese and were murdered all but one. Thank You: John

I wonder if possibly the date given in the question is incorrect. Below is a link about a crash on 4 Aug 43 off Wangat. It mentions that at least one website had posted the date incorrectly as 4 Aug 42. It has quite a bit of information about the crew and the story is very similar to what was posted in the question.
