Hello to all,

Just signed up. I currently live in New Orleans, La. I am a retired U.S. Border Patrol Assistant Chief Patrol Agent. Retired in 2011 after doing 31 years with the agency. Prior to that I served 5 years in the Marine Corps (71-76) and 10 in the active reserve.

I'm currently a volunteer at the National WWII Museum in New Orleans. I am a Docent, Public tour and STEM tour guide. In addition to that I am also one of the Living History Members (LHC). Needless to say, my impression is that of a WWII Marine.

Even though, the WWII museum tends to push the European Theater of Operations, My first love is that of the PTO (Pacific Theater of Operations). My tours always cover the PTO as a priority. Spent two years on Okinawa with the USMC and was able to get to a few other places, Korea, Phillipines, Taiwan, Guam and of course mainland Japan.

Would love to get back to Guam and see the War Dog Memorial there at the Naval base.
