My father flew on some of the patrols around Hawaii on this B-17 after the Attack on Hickam on 12/7/1941. He had been stationed at Hickam on 12/7/1941. We have a photo of him with Lt. My father had first enlisted in the 11 Field Artillery Battery C in 1937 at Schofield Barracks. I should have mentioned my father was in the Pacific Theater from 1938 until the war ended in 1945 in the USAAC and he was at Hickam on December 7, 1941. Their Unit the 42 Squadron 11 BG H was shown films of the Japanese using Chinese Soldiers as LIVE bayonet victims and the mass burial of other LIV...

B-17 41-9151 Major Hall's plane what are the chances of ever finding this plane? Or what are the chances of find the other two lost on this last flight by the 42 Squadron in 1943 with its' last 3 B-17s?

It was shot down on Febs.1, 1943 with the two other B-17s.
