Location Lat 21° 21' 47" N 157° 43' 6" W Bellows Field is located at 41-043 Kalnianaole Highway on Oahu in Hawaii in the United States. During the Pacific War also known as Bellows Station or Bellows Airfield. Still in use today as Bellows Air Force Station (Bellows AFS) or Marine Corps Training Area Bellows (MCTAB Bellows). Construction Built prewar by the U.S. Army as an auxiliary airfield with a single runway. Wartime History On December 7, 1941 aircraft were parked wingtip-to-wingtip to prevent sabotage before the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor and Oahu. Bellows Airfield was severely damaged during the Japanese. In the morning, B-17C "Skipper" 40-2049 damaged by A6M2 Zeros force landed at Bellows Field.
