Location
Located on Los Negros, near Manus. The seaplane anchorage and landing area were located in adjacent Seeadler Harbor.

Construction
After the American liberation of Los Negros in March 1944, a seaplane base seaplane ramp and repair dock were constructed with seaplane anchorage.

Today
Disused since the war.

Wharph
The wharph at Lombrum is built at the same location as the American wartime warph was located.
