Location
Located at the center of eastern Rota Island, Asuzudo Point is located to the north and Aratsu Bay to the south.

Construction
Single runway running east to west, with taxiways and limited ravetments to the north and south of the runway, and anti-aircraft defenses on the southern side of the strip.
