Location
Located near Gurguan Point, in the northern part of Tinian Island.

Construction
Originally built by the Japanese, this field had two pararell runways.  Repaired by American forces, it was known as "West Field".

Wartime History
Used as a base for B-29 Superfortresses from at least three Bombardment Groups.
