Wreckage Unidentified Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) plane crashed north of a creek near the beach at Gona. The wreckage includes two engines and a wing section with traces of the RAAF roundel on the lower surface of the wing. The precise identity of this aircraft is unknown. Likely, this crash site is part of DB-7 Boston A28-20 that exploded over Gona.
