Wartime History
Delivered to the Royal New Zealand Air Force (RNZAF) as Kittyhawk serial number NZ3169. Assigned to 18 Squadron. No known nickname or nose art.

Mission History
On November 22, 1943 this P-40 crashed into the sea off the Treasury Islands at approximately 06:45 hours.

Memorials
Rishworth was officially declared dead the day of the mission. He is commemorated at the Bourail Memorial at Bourail War Cemetery.
