Aircraft History
US Army Air Force Serial Number 43-5508. Delivered to Australia in March, 1943 and assigned to the RAAF 2 OTU with "310" in yellow on the side of the roundel.
Mission History
Suffered a landing mishap on January 11, 1945 stood on its nose causing minor damage. Afterwards, it was used as a target on the Werribee and destroyed in July 1947.
Restoration
Acquired by Precision Aerospace and being restored from scratch
at
Wangaretta. Tail unit still has '10' visible on it.
