Destroyed on the ground and captured by liberating American forces as wreckage only: tail section and engines, most likely at Lingayen Airfield.

Tony Feredo adds:
"The photo is a Ki-67 Peggy possibly from the 98th Sentai and looks 90% that this was taken at Lingayen as the unit was also based there. The color scheme of this aircraft was likely the late time brown over light grey scheme."
