Built by Mitsubishi, estimated assembly date of late April 1943. Assigned to the 26th Sentai.

Wartime History
Abandoned at Alexishafen Airfield, estimated to be unserviceable before May 1, 1944. Captured when the Australian Army captured the area.

Wreckage
Wreckage remained at the airfields until at least the late 1970s. Charles Darby located the Manufacture number and yellow tail markings of the 26th Sentai.
