Aircraft History Built by Kawasaki. True serial number 167. Delivered to the Japanese Army Air Force (JAAF) as Type 99 Light Bomber Kyu Kyu Sohkei / Ki-48-II Otsu (Lily) manufacture number 2167. Wartime History Assigned to the 8th Hiko Sentai (8th Flying Regiment), 2nd Chutai (2nd Company). No known markings or tail number. Wartime History During March 1944 crashed near Imphal. Afterwards, the crash site was investigated by Allied intelligence that noted the manufacture number as 2167.
