Aircraft History
Built by Mitsubishi at the Oe-machi plant during October 1942. At the factory painted overall gray. Delivered to the Japanese Army Air Force (JAAF) as Type 100 Command Reconnaissance Aircraft Shinshitei / Ki-46-II Dinah manufacture number 2237.

Wartime History
Assigned to the 70th Dokuritsu Dai Shijugo Chutai (70th Independent Command Squadron). The tail a reversed "S" in white representing a river, the motif of the squadron.

Mission History
On August 17, 1943 took off piloted by Lt. Shin-Ichi Matsu-Ura with observer Lt. Kyotoshi Shiraki on a reconnaissance mission over Fenton Airfield. Shot down near the airfield.
