Aircraft History
Built by Nakajima at Ota during late November 1942. Engine Kawasaki Serial Number 4470. Light blue on upper surfaces and unpainted underneath. Rudder and elevator were painted red. Armed with two 7.7mm machine guns.

Wartime History
Possibly disabled in early September 1943. Abandoned at Cape Glouchester Airfield. Captured by American forces on December 30, 1943. Investigated by ATIS for intelligence, who reported it to be in fair condition.
