Assembled in Espiritu Santo and BOC Unit 60 on 11 August 1944 and assigned to 15 Squadron on September 23, 1944. Next assigned to 23 Squadron on October 9, 1944. Then to 20 Squadron on October 26, 1944. Finally 14 Squadron by December 1944. Aircraft written off books at Green Island.
Mission History
The aircraft flew into the ground during a strafing attack and crashed near Vunapope at 0940 hours on December 24, 1944. Flight Sergeant Ian Thorburn was killed.
