Click For EnlargementThe Vultee BT-13 Valiant was a basic trainer aircraft built for the U.S. Army Air Force (USAAF). Variants of the BT-13 in U.S. Army Air Corps (USAAC) was known as the BT-15 Valiant. An identical version known as the SNV Valiant was used by the U.S. Navy (USN), U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) and U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) as a basic trainer aircraft.
