RAF Serial Number T5070. Assigned to RAAF 2 AD on July 3, 1942. Assigned to 30 Squadron on October 26, 1942. Coded X and nicknamed "Wendy Joy II" and operated from 5 Mile Drome (Wards).

Wartime History
Destroyed by a direct bomb hit during the Japanese raid on April 12 ,1943 on the ground at 5 Mile Drome, and "reduced to rubble", totaly destroyed aside from the tail.
