Aircraft History
Assigned to the NEIAF. Nicknamed "Mississippi Dream", likely in reference to the NEIAF's training in the United States in Mississippi during 1942.
Edward Rogers adds:
"I know of no B-25C's that were transferred to the NEIAF after having flown with US units. I believe that all B-25C's used by the NEIAF were purchased new. Some were replacements for the original B-25's taken over by the 3rd BG for the Royce Mission."
Wartime History
Abandoned at Drysdale Airfield.
Wreckage Today
In 1982, it was cut up for scrap metal.
